Anti-slavery statement

Our commitment to the principles of the

Modern Slavery Act 2015

Allure is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. As an equal opportunity employer, we strive to create and maintain a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our employees. We want all our employees to feel confident that they can report any wrongdoing without any risk to themselves. Our recruitment processes are designed to ensure that all potential employees are legally entitled to work for the company and to protect employees from abuse or coercion. We will not do business with organizations that knowingly support or are involved in slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labor.

Given the nature of our activities, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our business operations and supply chains to be low. Our supply chains are limited and we purchase goods and services from a limited number of selected suppliers. Any case of child labor, including situations in which children are victims as defined in the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, i.e. cases of forced labor or human trafficking, must be reported immediately upon discovery to one of the company's directors or via the email address johan@allure-rooftiles.com.

We have a strict policy:

  • Children under the minimum legal working age, as defined by national legislation, may never be involved in the manufacture of goods or services.
  • We do not purchase products from suppliers who use forced or bonded labor or child labor. To end child labor worldwide, we comply with all applicable laws that set a minimum age for work, and we expect the same from our suppliers.
  • No children are recruited for labor. If anyone discovers that children are involved in any part of our supply chain, we ask that they notify us immediately at johan@allure-rooftiles.com. Appropriate action will be taken to protect the interests of the children, and efforts will be made to ensure that the children make an appropriate, organized, and safe transition from work to education until they reach the age at which they are legally allowed to leave school.
  • Children and young people under the age of 18 are not allowed to work at night or in hazardous conditions. These policies and procedures must comply with the provisions of the relevant ILO (International Labor Organization) standards.
